 As a Wellness Coach, I am trained in wellness, holistic health and nutrition, natural health and the CORE Coaching method. My philosophy is that our health and well-being is affected by all areas of our life. Beyond the food we eat, there are many factors that affect our overall wellness such as sleep, exercise, and stress management. We need to take in account all areas of a person's life that directly impact one's health.


My goal is to support new moms who are struggling to focus on their own wellness so that they can enjoy their new demanding role as a mother without neglecting their own self.
